Representative Kito moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw                                                               
the following:                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 145                                                                                                         
     "An Act relating to honorary foreign consul license plates; relating                                                       
     to special request Chilkoot Pass license plates; relating to special                                                       
     request license plates commemorating the sesquicentennial of the                                                           
     Alaska Purchase; and providing for an effective date."                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, HB 145 was withdrawn.
